Day one in Herning

Well a lot has happened in the last 24hours. The worlds officially started today, not with a bang that we had hoped. All three canadian men lost their opening match today. All I want to say is the margin of victory (or defeat) in all the matches was very slim... I know the guys, and I know they are not happy. Anyways I hope everyone back home supports our team of guys and girls trying to get it done here at the Worlds for Canada.

The interesting thing about the worlds in there current format is everyday offers new hope, and new opportunity. As a group we need to learn from the challenges each group of athletes faced and find a way to win. If we get down, or defeatest after the first day it is gonna be a long week!

We have our first set of athletes weighing in tomorrow. Lindsay and Jessie are weighing in the morning. On the slate to compete is Saeed vs Egypt, Travis vs Mongolia, and Arjan vs Armenia.

Ok i am starting to go scatter brained like our sucked light weights (right now). Just kidding...

It has been a long day. I cant wait till tomorrow. Will try and get a little more behinds the scenes details for you.

Good night!
